This existing residence nestled in a small community on Donner Summit has historically been accessed over a long and steep stair way which became a burden each winter with the large amounts of snow fall characteristic of Donner Summit. Ecosense Designs worked to assess site conditions and optimize location and access to the site and addition of a garage and protected walkway providing much more manageable year round access for these year round residents.
